We provide development support for feature film and TV productions which are in early to late stages of development. We work with credited producers and directors.

We provide crucial development financing for international co-productions in film and television as well as late stage completion finance for development projects. Our investments are commercial, this does not mean that we do not look at a diverse slate of productions that showcase the best talent the creative industries have to offer.

As a rights holder, you will most likely be entitled to a share revenues from a production with financiers, production partners and/or talent. We help our members navigate suppliers and ensure best practice from our partners.

Film Production Insurance (including liabilities) - covering films for theatrical and/or television release. Our partners are able to supply wholesale services to our membership.

Advertising and Liabilities insurance - covering advertising agents and/or advertisers for lost costs and expenses should a shoot be delayed or cancelled for reasons beyond their control. Death and Disgrace of a key artist is also possible via our underwriters.

Contingency Insurance - protection against cancellation, non-appearance, abandonment, postponement or relocation. Our partners can also assist our members with for non-appearance of key performers or speakers.

Professional Indemnity Insurance covers the legal liability arising from professional services in the event that a third-party claims to have suffered a loss as a result of professional negligence by an insured party. Our partners can provide cover for all PI matters.

Employers’ liability insurance is designed to protect a production against the cost of compensation claims arising from employee illness or injury, which may of occurred whilst working for your company.

Film, television and commercial sales and disposition of media (intellectual property) is a complex industry, with many stakeholders on an international stage, we assist our membership navigate the sector and stay up to date with industry insight.

Seeking distribution partners prior to developing content for sale or exploitation is a necessary step prior to seeking production finance. We assist our members with access to key personnel in the distribution (buy-side) of the media industry.
